The summer is upon us and it's a great time to be out and about trying out all sorts of new sports and recreational activities. The parks and playgrounds are full of people taking up new sports and learning new things, so why not try a little rugby? Nothing too expensive juts the basics, so a pair of shorts a couple of hard wearing tops, socks, boots and a gum shield.
