Now the lightest bat of the range, the 2011 Præstantia is totally newly designed with an exaggerated, high spine, substantial but even edges and controlled concave sanding through the back of the blade to give a significantly pronounced profile. Gently bowed and with a driving area which runs from the middle of the blade down to give maximum playing surface, with a fluid, comfortable balance and pick up.
In the Players model the profile is further enhanced by CTE - Cambered Turned Edges, where the edges turn back towards the centre of the bat through the lower half of the blade, creating a beautiful line which aids weight reduction and concentration of timber in the driving area.
Striking new black labelling completes this extraordinary bat where every detail of its sublime finishing is an expression of its function.

Takes the bat to the point of knocking in by the owner. Linseed waxed during finishing then Bat Waxed at the toe before application of our strong UK made anti-scuff. This gives the bat a sound foundation for the first season with oiling required before the second season’s usage. FULL KNOCKING IN IS REQUIRED.
