UK MAINLAND DELIVERY PRICES:

For orders being sent to UK mainland and Northern Ireland addresses carriage (inc. insurance) is £4.95 per order.

Certain heavy items may be subject to extra carriage charges but you will be informed of this before we process the order.

DELIVERY TIMES:

Our aim is to process all orders received on the same or next day. Most orders are despatched by Parcel Force 48 Hour service although some smaller orders will be despatched by Royal Mail.

We aim to process all orders in the shortest time possible, but occasionally delays may occur during peak periods or due to unavailability of stock. For this reason we do not guarantee delivery times. However, orders should be processed quickly, so if you feel there may be an unusual delay with your order and you have not already been contacted by us, please email info@morrant.com so we can advise you of the situation.

Once you have placed your order online, you will receive an automated email from the website confirming your order details. Please check this thoroughly to ensure your name and address details are correct and all the items you have ordered are listed. If you find any errors, please email us at info@morrant.com so we can resolve the issue for you.

You will receive a second order confirmation shortly after the first from one of our dedicated sales team who will have checked the order and processed it to the warehouse. Please read this email carefully as it will advise you of the status of your order. Should you have any queries, please email info@morrant.com so we can offer assistance.

We are commited to keeping our prices low and this includes the carriage charges. Your £4.95 goes towards paying for the postage, packaging, processing and insurance of your order. Morrant subsidise the cost of most parcels that we despatch.

RETURNS:

New Goods: If on receipt you are not completely satisfied, simply return the goods unused within 14 days for a full refund. A returns form is printed on the back of your invoice. We regret that carriage charges are not refundable.

Faulty/Damaged Goods: On receipt of your order you will find a Returning Goods form. Please keep this safe and follow the instructions should you need to return a faulty item.

Small items up to 1kg = £4.95, 1-2kg = £7.95

Over 2kg and large items = £9.95


Republic of Ireland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands (Holland):

Small items up to 1kg = £8.95

Over 1kg and large items = £13.95


Denmark, France, Germany, Monaco:

Small items up to 1kg = £9.95

Over 1kg and large items = £14.95


Italy, Spain, Greece, Portugal:

Small items up to 1kg = £9.95, 1-2kg = £14.95

Over 2kg and large items = £23.95


Austria, Czech Rep, Finland, Norway, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland:

Small items up to 1kg = £9.95, 1-2kg = £14.95

Over 2kg and large items = £31.95


Canary Islands, Gibralta:

Small items up to 1kg = £9.95, 1-2kg = £14.95

Over 2kg and large items = £38.00

The above charges will not appear on your order confirmation but will be added to the order and charged to your card before despatch. By placing an order online, you agree to the above charges. All prices are subject to increase at any times by our carriers, should the price of delivery increase from the above prices, you will be notified before despatch.

OVERSEAS, OUTSIDE EUROPE:

Overseas orders outside of Europe are subject to international delivery charges. These are calculated by the weight and size of the parcel. If the carriage is high in relation to the order value we will contact you before proceeding.
