Selecting and adding items to the shopping basket

Please use the menu on the left to select from our range of clothing and equipment. When you want to buy an item select any options, such as size or weight, from the pull down list or variant check boxes.

You should then add the item to your shopping basket using the 'Add to basket' button. If you have not provided option information you will be prompted to give it at this stage.

You will be advised of the item and the price which is being added to your shopping basket.

You can buy more than one of any item by changing the number in the selection box from 1 to the number you require. All such items have to be identical. If you want several of the same item but with, say, different waist sizes, add each one to your shopping basket in turn.

You can then add further items as you wish. You are not committed to purchase anything at this stage.


Reviewing what you have placed in your shopping basket

You can review what you have put in your shopping basket at any time by pressing the 'View basket' button. The shopping basket page allows you to delete items and change the quantities.


Purchasing

When you are satisfied with your selection and want to buy press the 'Proceed to Checkout' button at the bottom of the shopping basket screen. Please note all prices include VAT at 17.5%.


Logging In and Credit Card Payment.

When you proceed to checkout you will be asked to log in either as an existing customer or a new customer. This is quite simple and just requires that you provide your e-mail address and a password known only by you.

Once logged in you will be asked to fill out your address and contact details (please use capitals and lower case letters as you would when writing on an envelope). In this section the address where your credit card is registered must be entered (see below for delivery addresses).

Click continue and you will be given the option to enter alternative delivery address details. We recommend that you give us an alternative address for delivery if there is nobody at home during working hours.

Click continue and you will be asked for your credit card details. Please ensure these are entered fully and correctly as errors can cause delays to your order being processed.

Click the Complete Order button and a confirmation of your order will appear on screen. You can print this for your records and a copy will be e-mailed to you later.


All confidential information is held on our secure server and is not shared with any parties outside of the Morrant Group.
