The Morrant range of cricket bats has been completely re-styled this season and offers both loyal and new customers to the brand a modern and sleek image to rival the big name brands. There are three shapes in the range with different models within these styles. Each has been specially designed with a particular type of cricketer or game in mind. The new Morrant ODI 50 cricket bats are huge profile cricket bats designed specifically for big hitters. They boast a huge sweet spot and edges and have a bowed blade for performance and feel. The weight range is at the heavier end of the scale and starts at around two pounds and fourteen ounces and goes up to around three pounds and four ounces. The top of the range ODI 50 Destroyer model is made from high quality unbleached English willow and offers a great value alternative to better known named brands. The ODI 50 Attack model is made from quality bleached English willow and is even more affordable. The next shape in the Morrant range is the T20 cricket bat. As the name suggests it has been developed for limited overs cricket games. The T20 has a shorter blade than is usual in a cricket bat which is fitted with a long handle, meaning that the overall length of the T20 is the same as a conventional short handle cricket bat.
