of the last century in 1904.
As the name suggests, the brand was founded in the Canterbury province
of New Zealand when Alfred Rudkin, Pringle Walker and John Lane began
manufacturing woollen garments. Their reputation soon grew and they
began producing uniforms for the army in WW1, then had a regular
contract with the All Blacks lasting more than 75 years.
