Definitions

'We/Us/Our/Ours' refers to Morrant Group Ltd, Registered Office Unit 5 Station Estate, Eastwood Close, South Woodford, London, E18 1BY

'Goods' means the products that Morrant Group Ltd have offered or agreed to supply to the purchaser in accordance with these conditions.

'You' refers to the person whose order for goods has been accepted by us.

Use of this Website

This website is owned, controlled or licensed by us. Reproduction of part or all of the contents in any form is prohibited other than with our written permission.

In particular, no part of our website may be distributed or copied for any commercial purpose, or incorporated in any other work or publication, whether in hard copy or electronic or any other form.

No part of our website may be reproduced or transmitted or stored in any other website or other form of electronic retrieval system.

We reserve the right to withdraw our website, any information contained therein, and any goods offered for sale at any time.

If you access our website from outside the UK you are responsible for compliance with local laws where they are applicable.

We will not be liable for any claims, damages and costs, including legal fees, arising out of any misuse of this website by you or any user of your computer equipment, whether authorised by you or not, or any misuse of the website or your Morrant account information by any other user (except to the extent that such misuse arises from unlawful disclosure of your account information by Morrant Group Ltd to third parties).

Accuracy of Content

Our checking processes are designed to ensure that correct prices are published and the description of the product and its photographic representation is accurate. The colours shown on your monitor may differ to the actual colours of the product due to technical reasons beyond our control. In the interest of product innovation and improvement, manufacturers will occasionally change specifications of products without notice. Therefore, we reserve the right to supply such amended products without notice.

In the interest of keeping prices low, images of cricket bats are often taken of just the best bat within a range to illustrate the graphics and shape of a certain model. Cricket bats are made from different grades of willow and therefore the appearance of the natural wood will vary between each bat. The bat supplied will match the product name and description.

Price and Payment

The price you pay for goods is as shown on our website at the time of order and includes VAT where applicable. However, orders will only be accepted providing there is no major error in the prices or descriptions shown. We reserve the right to alter prices. Prices ruling on the day of despatch shall apply. Should the price of a product change before we process your order, we will contact you before completing the transaction. Postage and packaging (P&P) charges will always be confirmed before you finalise your order where the delivery address is within the UK mainland. P&P charges to addresses outside the UK mainland (overseas, off shore, highlands addresses) will be quoted/confirmed after you have submitted your order and before we process it.

Payment may be made in pounds Sterling (£) using; Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Maestro or Solo. All UK and EU orders include VAT at the prevailing UK rate and our VAT number is GB247414562.

We reserve the right to review and make changes to the prices listed on our website at any time.

Cancellation of Your Order

You may cancel an order providing it is not in our warehouse awaiting despatch, by contacting Customer Services. To do this, you will need the order number and full details of the items to be cancelled. Please cancel your order by telephone by calling 020 8530 5307 during office hours. You must speak to one of our representatives to cancel your order, cancellation messages left on our answering service will not be accepted as they may not be picked up in time. Once you have cancelled your order by phone, you must email info@morrant.com to confirm the cancellation or send the cancellation in writing by post or fax.

We will confirm cancellation as soon as we can.

Title

Title of goods will pass to you at the point we charge your payment card or, when other payment methods are used, funds are credited to our account.

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order up to 7 working days from the day after receipt of the goods.

Delivery Dates

All delivery dates quoted are given in good faith. We do not accept any liability which may result from the late delivery of goods.

Returning Goods

New Goods: If on receipt you are not completely satisfied, you must return the goods unused and in the original packaging within 7 days for a full refund. A returns form is printed on the back of your invoice for you to complete and return with the goods. We regret that carriage charges and returns costs are not refundable.

Due to the nature of sporting equipment and the stresses they go through, damage which may occur after a period of use may be referred to the manufacturer. All items will be looked at individually and dealt with fairly and as quickly as possible. You must email info@morrant.com or call 020 8530 5307 before returning ANY used products so we can offer advice and/or approval. Used products that are returned without our prior approval may be discarded without notice and/or compensation. When returning used clothing and footwear, you must ensure it is returned in a clean and hygienic condition. Goods returned in an unhygienic condition WILL be discarded without notice and/or compensation. For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned for any reason. Mouthguards (gum shields) that have been removed from the outer packaging cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Liability

We confirm that in relation to any goods purchased from our website:

we have the right to sell the goods to you;
the goods will correspond with the description on the website; and
the goods will be of satisfactory quality.

We exclude all other express or implied terms, conditions, warranties, representations or endorsements with regards to any goods.

We accept no liability for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, or for any loss of profit, revenue or business (whether direct or indirect) however caused or whether foreseeable or not, arising from your purchase of goods on our website.

Our total liability to you under any contract for the purchase of goods or otherwise under this Agreement will be limited to the amount paid by you for any goods purchased.

We will not be responsible for any loss or damages incurred by unauthorised use of your payment card on the website. Nor are we responsible for notifying your card issuer or any law enforcement authority in these instances.

The limitations and exclusions in this clause do not affect your statutory rights and only apply to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this Agreement shall serve to limit our liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence.

Entire Agreement

These and other notices elsewhere on our website represent the entire terms and conditions relating to your use of our website to order goods and the supply of goods to you.

No additional terms or conditions requested by and communicated in any way by you will form part of the contract whether accepted or not by an employee of ours.

No employee of Morrant Group Ltd can alter the terms and conditions of this contract whether or not they confirm this to you in any way.

Governing Law

This Agreement and any contract for the purchase of goods shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Privacy

We will never sell or rent your personal details (Name, address, telephone number, email etc) to any other organisation without your consent (unless the organisation is a service partner to Morrant Group Ltd required to process or service your order or request). Your details are confidential and you will never receive unsolicited mail as a result of ordering from Morrant.

Morrant Group Ltd maintains a strict privacy policy in full accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulations 2018

Morrant and its logo are trademarks of Morrant Group Ltd. Any use of these trademarks is prohibited other than with our express written consent. Other brand logos and product images are the property of those brands and should not be used without their express written consent.

Disclaimer

We give no warranties and make no representations, express or implied, as to the accuracy, quality, validity or completeness of any information contained in our website and accepts no liability for any loss resulting directly or indirectly from the use of or reliance on any such information.

We shall be under no obligation to notify any person of any error on our website.

We shall not be liable to any person for any direct or indirect loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

Protective products sold on this site and in our stores are designed to reduce the severity and frequency of injuries attained by the user while playing sport. However, no equipment can prevent all possible injuries, and severe injuries to any part of the body including head, brain or spinal injuries including paralysis or death may still occur despite using these products. Morrant Group Ltd and its agents cannot guarantee the safety of the user of any products it sells. Customers use the products for the sports they are designed for entirely at their own risk. No product should be used for any activity outside of that for which it is described. Protective products should be properly cared for and maintained by the user and should the product become damaged in any way, the user should discard it and purchase a new one.
